Once upon a time "...it was such a lovely day, nothing like a
Family wedding getting us all together. Two memories have stuck with me over the years of that day the first was my first real dance with my dad..I mean obviously when I was little I used to stand on his toes and we would dance but on this day I was all grown up wearing high heals and a long skirt.. and had a real proper dance. The second memory..well..leaning in to cuddle the queen of the family, it had been a long few months I heard from parts of conversations I caught but I was protected by the innocence of youth so I leaned in to give her a cuddle and tell her I love her and I didn't mean to but I caught a glimpse of the scar area and that moment...that is when I was first affected...."
