This is the 4th UK Police Unity Tour.  The cycle ride leaves London from the National Police memorial riding to the National Arboretum in Staffordshire.  The ride is made up of serving police officers, extended police family and families of fallen officers.

The ride raises money for UK COPS a charity that directly supports families of officers killed in the line of duty.  The cycle ride also aims to raise awareness of police officer on duty deaths and the sacrifices they made in the protection of others.

Each officer rides in memory of a fallen officer by wearing a engraved bracelet detailing the fallen officer, which they will present to the families at the conclusion of the ride during the annual COPS memorial event at the National Arboretum.
