Hello and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Update: The generous donations so far have enabled me to go and now I'm raising further funds for food packs and other items of basic need for refugee families.  

£50 will buy food for an average sized family for a whole month and part of our time will be spent giving these food packs to as many families as we can.

I think we'll be meeting maybe 25 to 30 families.  It would be amazing to take each one of these families a food pack.

Some background...

World in Need has been supporting the Syrian refugees in the Middle East ever since they first had to flee Syria. 

These refugees have very little, have suffered at the hands of some evil organisations like ISIS and have had to flee Syria and travel over the country's borders to relative safety. 

There are now over 1 million refugees who have crossed the border.

I will be travelling to the Middle East as part of a small team to meet with some refugee families, to minister to them in whatever way I can, to hopefully take as much money as I can to help them and to bless and encourage them.

Due to the nature of the trip I feel I need to keep details a little vague but I am due to leave in May and it's for a week.  

If you decide to donate, Just Giving will send your money directly to World in Need.
