I'm not normally one to come cap in hand but anything that you may be able to spare as a donation to this fantastic cause would not only be appreciated by myself but directly will affect the families who reap the benefits of the fantastic work done by Down Syndrome Ireland. 

My little brother Laurence was not able to take part in half marathons or to be as active as we all are but his heart, personality and love are 3 things I will never measure up to as long as I live. I, and indeed all my family thank Laurence for all he has taught us about this thing we call life.
