My Mohican is Going!, 11 March 2017

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am going to get my hair shaved on March 11th in Nairn Academy at 13:20.

I have had my Mohican for eight years and decided to shave it off for charity. My chosen charity is the SSPCA as animals play an important part in my life and would like to see the money go towards helping underprivileged animals that do not have the love and care of a family environment. If the money I raise helps to bring an animal a happy and loved life, I know that this will be worth it.

When I first chose this hairstyle I was in Primary six and since then it has attracted many comments and looks from the public. By having this hair I have educated many people that first impressions are not always what they seem. Going through Nairn Academy I have done this especially with my teachers as when I have entered their classrooms they expected me to behave in a certain way but once they got to know me they realised that I am completely different to what they expected.
