Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Being a hairdresser I realise how much everyone treasures their hair. But this year, I am willing to shave off my locks in order to help raise funds for and awareness of Action Mental Health and the work they do with people suffering from mental health needs. 

I am setting my target high at £1000 with the big chop happening in September (exact date to be confirmed and more details to follow). 

When trying to decide on an organisation to fundraise for, I received an email from Sean in New Horizons, Enniskillen. He explained the services and programmes that Action Mental Health offer for people with mental health problems in Fermanagh. He went on to highlight the need in recent years for a service for young people and in response they have set up the BOOST programme (for 16-25 year olds with mental health needs). Unfortunately this programme is funded on a shoestring budget so I am glad to say that they will be welcoming any funds I raise for the BOOST programme 👍
