THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON 3rd JUNE 2013

I don’t have a story or have lost anyone close to me, however I have people in my life close to me that have or have suffered with Cancer and Polio.  The work and support Cancer Research and British Polio Fellowship do for anyone affected by these illnesses is amazing.  This is why I intend to help and support these charity's to enable them to continue doing the work they do.

One Man, One Bike, 2 weeks and 1000 miles.

With a couple of friends I will be taking on this mammoth challenge of cycling the UK end to end.

Starting at the highest point of The Highlands we will cycle down to the most southerly point of England.  We anticipate doing this in just less than 10 days which will mean cycling over 100 miles a day.  This event will take place in June 2013; however the real work starts now.

It may seem a long way to go however the discipline and training start here and now.  I will initially be training 6 times a week 4 times in the gym and twice a week on the roads covering anywhere from 60 to 150 miles a day.

So please get behind me and support these amazing charity's.

Donating through Just Giving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with Just Giving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Please dig deep and donate now to help me exceed my £5000 target.

May I take this opportunity to thank you all so much for your help and support.
