Steve was one of my best friends at University and got diagnosed with a very rare heart condition which ultimately wasn't able to recover from. 

The foundation set up in his memory has two primary goals, raise awareness for "Giant Cell Myocarditis" the little known heart condition and secondly support grass roots football in the north east a real passion of Stephen's.
