I'm a support worker for Carlisle Mencap; who provide person centered support for Children and adults with learning disabilities and their families in Cumbria. 

I'm abseiling Carlisle Civic Centre on Saturday 27th September 2014 at 1:30, so that Carlisle Mencap have the money to support more people and give them more opportunities.
