We provide emotional and practical support to help people affected by road death

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In memory of our son and brother Jamie, who tragically lost his life in a car accident on 1 September 2006, aged just 17, Tim and I will be taking part in the London Nightrider Event, cycling 100km through the streets of London.

After the loss of Jamie, our Road Victims Trust volunteer counsellor met with us every week to help us through the most difficult time in our lives. Although supported by family and friends we feel we would be in a very different place without the help of this charity. It is our aim to raise money to enable this service to be offered to more families that will lose loved ones in this way.

The money raised will help The Road Victims Trust Charity continue supporting  families affected by the grief and trauma of a road death.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
