Hi I am trying to raise money for the hospice that looked after Patrick and his family through his final days. Me and my friends are climbing mount snowdon in his memory and would love you to donate to the hospice that treated him so well. So please donate. Thank you

About the charity

Marymount University Hospital & Hospice provides care delivered across a range of hospital and community-based settings. The service is home to a 44 bed in-patient palliative care unit, a 63 bed elderly care unit and offers a day care facility, and community-based programmes.
