Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Anyone who knows me knows that I'm not really one for charitable events. So why have I agreed to walk across white-hot coals for the RSPCA Canterbury, Dover & District rehoming centre?
Well first, I was drunk when I agreed to do it and second, the centre desperately need funds to keep supporting the great work of it's dedicated staff and volunteers. The centre is independent and not funded by main RSPCA and has to cover all it's running costs from donations and fundraising efforts.
No cat is ever considered a lost cause and their policy is never to put down a healthy animal. If you want to see a bit more about what they do visit http://www.rspca-canterbury.org.uk/
If cats aren't your thing, (and personally I think you're crazy), then plans are underway to build a 'hop house' for rabbits and kennels for some rescued dogs.
All this costs money, so I'd appreciate any donations. In return I'm prepared to humiliate myself and provide photographic evidence. Just be thankful it's not another ice-bucket challenge!

P.S. Any contributions will go direct to the centre as I've already covered the costs of the event.
