Hi,

I, in a moment of madness compounded by lack of sleep agreed to dance in WAVE Does 'Strictly' to raise money to support service provision delivered throughout  Northern Ireland. 

The Troubles have left a deep and indelible legacy for many individuals and families across Northern Ireland and in other areas impacted by the violence. Over 50% of new referrals to WAVE today are from people presenting with issues from incidents which occurred in the 1970's and 1980's. WAVE has received over 700 new referrals in the last year from the ages of 7 to 83.  Demand threatens to overwhelm resources and as WAVE enters the 25th year working with those who suffered most during the Troubles we appeal for your support. 

I would therefore be grateful if you would help me support the work of WAVE. Training for 'Strictly' can only be described as a challenge  My dance-loving daughter is particularly mortified at my moves!
