Story

TEAM SCAS - Will Hancock (SCAS CEO), Darren Bull, Dave Dormer, Francois Wiese, Kevin Short, Lauren Mullen, Malcolm Sharp, Jayne Waller, Christine Cook, Linda Jones, Clare Bridgman and others, hope to raise over £1000 for the SCAS Charity by taking part in the Milton Keynes 5k Obstacle Rush Event on 4th June 2016.

The SCAS Charity raises funds for a variety of different initiatives including purchase of vehicles for schemes, new equipment including defibrillators, and new pager systems to improve communication for community first responders. As a linked charity, the objectives are closely aligned to those of the Trust or purposes relating to the NHS.

We support the ambulance service in Berks, Bucks, Oxon & Hants. We are raising funds: to train & equip our volunteers; to train & equip communities to save lives & to enable the ambulance service to develop & enhance the care it gives. All our funds go to things over & above what the NHS funds.
