SDSC gym 1 million metre row challenge , 16 May 2017
We provide information, education & support to individuals who experience depression

Story

Our aim is to row 1 million meters between the 16th of May and the 11th of June.

The reason I chose Aware is because I have experienced the effects of depression myself, amongst friends and family members. And through my own work I have seen an alarming increase in others that have experienced the same and may feel like they cannot get or ask for help. The goal is to help, support and look after each other and bring awareness to mental illness and help in some small way.
