EVEREST FLAG APPEAL 2014

Hi, my name is Damian Walters and as well as being a devoted family man, I'm also a loyal Charlton fan (but don't hold that against me if you support another team... this is a challenge for a very, very good cause)!

In April I'll be attempting my second summit attempt of Mount Everest, travelling to Nepal, then onto the North Face in Tibet where the challenge begins.

From there, my epic journey will see me reaching the summit of Everest, the highest land point on earth at just over 29,000 feet above sea level... that's almost 7 miles high!

A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY...

To raise money for an amazing charity, I will be taking a flag to the top of the world... and this is where you come in:

You have a unique opportunity to have your name, or the name of a loved one, printed on this flag, which will be left at the highest point on earth - photographs will be taken for keepsakes which you'll be able to download from this site.

HOW...

1. Simply donate a miniumum of £10 by clicking on the Donate Button... BUT PLEASE READ THE NEXT POINT BEFORE YOU DO!

2. Enter payment details and leave a message including the name of the person you want printed on the flag... please take care with spelling (email damian.walters@me.com if you go wrong)

3. There are no rules on what names can be included, but remember the flag will include memorial names, so please be sensible... I have the right to omit names if I think they're inappropriate...

WHEN...

You need to make your online donation by Friday 21st March 2014 to guarantee your chosen name on the flag (it takes time to print the flag and I'm leaving on the 29th March),

You can still donate after this date, including after the 29th March, but obviously the name wont be printed on the flag.
