Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Bhai Ranjit Singh Sonu was shot by Panjab Police on March 29th while peacefully demonstrating in support of Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana in Gurdaspur, Panjab.  Police fired at the crowd, Shaheed Bhai Jaspal singh was also hit and killed.  Bhai Ranjit Singh is still in hospital but in critical but stable condition.

He is from a VERY poor family who barely can make ends meet.  His house is very small probably no larger than our garden sheds.

We are raising money to help this family in its difficult time.  EVERY PENNY RAISED WILL GO TO THE FAMILY.  Travel costs incurred travelling to india will be paid for out of personal funds.  One of the mothers from the SWAT team will be personally delivering the donations to Ranjit Singhs family in Gurdaspur

So please dig deep and donate now.
