It's been quite a few years since I did any sporting events but having slimmed down a bit  (Thanks to Julia and Little Aston's Slimmer's World ) I am donning a swimsuit and heading down to the pool to raise some funds for Dogs for the Disabled. If you are going to Crufts or watching on TV/ You tube you will see these fantastic dogs at work and hear the stories from people whose lives have been transformed by having an assistance dog.
