In November 2014 I was diagnosed with breast cancer... having lost my mum Vivienne to breast cancer in 1991I was frightened. As chemotherapy treatment progressed I become very unwell and it was during this time that I found Sunflowers cancer centre... the centre became my family, supporting me throughout my treatment, operations and recovery >> when I found out I carried the BRCA gene mutation they assisted me in setting up BRCA Support Liverpool to help other families also affected. They have been there for me and my family, and now its time to give back...
I  want to say thank you to Sunflowers... 
This is their 30th anniversary, its the 25th anniversary of my mums death and I have been in remission for one year - it seems fitting to celebrate - so on Saturday 3rd September I am organising an all day Latin dance event -  See 'Salsa for Sunflowers event on FaceBook for information...

This page is for anyone who cannot attend or for whom dance just isn't their thing but who want to support Sunflowers... or if you just want to make a donation - together we can support this amazingly worthy cause and help individuals affected by cancer and their families
