My beautiful Aunt died of this cruel disease back in March of 2016. There is no cure as yet and the disease I now know, takes the most purest and special people. Without warning. Pat was an amazing lady that put herself second to everyone. A fantastic mum, sister, aunt and nanny. A truly amazing lady that suffered without complaint, right to the end. Please help me to raise money in her memory and for the benefit of others that are in the face of this curse.
