After signing up with the Riot Squads running club a couple of weeks ago,  we have decided to take on the challenge (definitely a challenge) of a 5k run to raise money for the Big Salute.  

The BFBS Big Salute supports the following charities:

• Blesma, The Limbless Veterans
• Blind Veterans UK (formally St Dunstan's
• Combat Stress
• FAB (Families Activity Breaks)
• Veterans Aid 

Looking forward to the event (Possibly) but would love to be able to help raise some funds for some very deserving charities too :o)
