After years of therapy following a breakdown in 2003,  they are the ones who have kept me stable. I have collapses every now and again and they never fail to be there. They, alongside Max, who has stood by me no matter how bad it's got, deserve 'muttley' medals - thank you Max from the bottom of my heart and Tracy for picking me up when I fall.
