My first experience of Heart n Soul was coming to a Beautiful Octopus Club at the Albany in Deptford. I was blown away by the quality on art on offer and the amazing atmosphere. Fast forward eight years and it's still great to be a part of. My favourite bit? Definitely the people. As well as working a lot with our artists and participants, I love those unexpected chats in the cafe or office, which really help me see life from a totally different perspective.

As Heart n Soul celebrates it's 30th year we want to get people with learning disabilities on the map. By helping us to raise funds, Heart n Soul will be able to make a difference and give people with learning disabilities a voice.

Luckily I love running, which helps and I'm really looking forward to running amongst all the London landmarks, so the Vitality 10k should be a fun day.
