Q. I’ve just entered and it’s showing anonymous and I don’t know if I’ve added the right information?
A. Please check your justgiving account or contact justgiving via their help page who will be able to confirm your transaction. So long as you’ve ticked the box when entering your details to be contacted by Sara Brown and added your email address we will be able to contact you to let you know if you’ve received a prize.

The Royal Mail and Hermes will be used for dispatch

Q. Who is organising the online raffle?
A. Sara Brown, Sharon Harvay and Jan Belcher. All are volunteers and are fitting the volunteering in alongside full time work, family management, volunteering and everything else life throws at us. Bear with us if we don’t get back to you immediately, but please check the Q&As as hopefully your answers will be there already.
Q. Where are the prizes listed?
A. All the prizes available will be listed on the official justgiving page. Highlights will be listed on the Facebook event page and shared in various facebook groups and Debbie Flint’s blogs.

Q. Can I choose my prize?
A. Sorry but it won’t be possible to choose your prize as it will be drawn independently by a randomizer to ensure transparency of how the prizes have been allocated.
Q. I don’t want my prize, can I choose something else?
A. Can you use the prize to put away for someone for a birthday or Christmas gift? If not, we can put the prize back into the pool and draw another name and offer it to someone else.
Q. How long do I have to claim my prize?
A. We would expect you to have replied to the notification email and made a decision within seven days. If we don’t hear back from you within 7 days we will redraw the prize.
