We provide vital support to reduce the pain & isolation of arthritis

Story

I am a research scientist working for the pharmaceutical company UCB. I spend my working life trying to improve the lives of patients with severe inflammatory diseases, one of which is Arthritis. I have had the opportunity to meet Arthritis patients and better understand what living with this disease is truly like. This inspires and motivates me to try and do more.

I am therefore delighted to have the opportunity to personally contribute and raise money for Arthritis Care, whilst achieving a life time ambition to complete the London marathon. Especially before I am 40 this year!

It is an exciting but daunting challenge and I'm sure April 24th 2016 will come round very quickly. Over the next few months I will be committed to the training in the cold, wind and rain. Think of me every time you pass a runner out on the roads in awful weather! If you can sponsor me and donate to this worthy cause every penny would be gratefully received. I won't let you down!
