We fund projects to give our patients even better care

Story

My reasons for arranging this event is The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) helped and saved my son Alfie's life who was born 16 weeks prematurely weighing 722 grams on March 24th 2013.

During the 93 days in which Alfie was in the unit the care and support he and ourselves received was truly amazing. I cannot thank the unit enough and they do such outstanding and truly breathtaking work. I cannot thank them enough for saving his life and performing daily miracles. I cannot even bring myself to imagine where we would be today without them. I thank our lucky stars every day for our miracle baby Alfie Nicholls.

There are so many things the money can help the unit with as they constantly need new equipment/resources etc.

Even from simple things like a blankets and muslims to help make the babies more comfortable to the larger items like incubators and ventilators to help keep these babies alive.

Please help support this local unit and many other families and babies in need of their help.
