Yes another year...another go at the Great Manchester run and another charity thing (sorry!)

I'm running this year not only raise some much needed funds for the Preston branch of the RSPCA but also in memory of my own little rescue dog Charlie!  I know how vital the centre is to neglected, abused and unloved animals.  Please spare a few (or more) pounds for the animals and to see me try and run 10K!!
