I am running a little 10k this May for Art in Healthcare - a great charity based in Edinburgh that I have had the pleasure of volunteering with of late.   Through the provision of commissioned art, workshop activities facilitated by local artists and outreach projects, AiH aims to foster improved well-being and healing at a variety of healthcare facilities.  Focus is on having fun, while encouraging social interaction, building self-esteem and learning new creative skills.  In short, amazing!
