I was born at 23 weeks and very poorly for a longtime. I only weighed 710g and needed oxygen to help me breathe until after my first birthday. I've had lots of operations to help me and a huge amount of support from family, friends, doctors and nurses. 

Dr Meran nominated me for the JoLT award supported by Marion. I was thrilled to be chosen for an interview out of hundreds when they narrowed it down to just 60 of us. After a nervous 5 weeks I found out that I had been selected for JoLT 2016.

Along with 17 others including guides and doctors we will travel 2000 miles. Starting in Singapore-Indonesia-Northern Australia, travelling by air, boat, train and foot. I will be away from home for 4 weeks.

I cannot wait... But this is where I need your help. I need to raise money to support my nomination and to continue the good work by this fantastic charity.
