As many of you will know, I like a bit of a challenge now and again. So, what am I up to now you ask? Well, on Sunday 11 September I have been lucky enough to get a ballot place in the World’s largest half marathon race – the Newcastle Great North Run! A whopping 57,000 runners will be taking part including the iconic Mo Farah!

Anyway, to add a bit more to the challenge I also decided to enter the Robin Hood Half Marathon which will take place on Sunday 25 September, just two weeks after the Great North. Maybe that’s why I’ve dreamt about running the last 5 nights in a row. Hey ho, it was never supposed to be easy now was it?

I am running in these two events to fundraise for Radford Care Group who desperately need a new building.
