Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.
It really would mean a lot to me to have your encouragement and support through this next challenge.
Mentally it will be the toughest challenge that I have completed in a long time. I always said I'd NEVER run a marathon, or half for that matter - yet, here I am!!!....mentally this is more challenging than my recent skydive was!
However, with all that said, it is still NOTHING compared to the challenge that my friend Anna Bates is currently going thorough having lost her husband Stuart, and young son Fraser in a tragic accident only 9 months ago.
Its also nothing compared to the many patients and families and friends of patients awaiting Organ donation, my own family has gone through that.
It is for these reasons that I am taking on this challenge. To support Organ Donation and those many individuals and families that both wait in hope or donate at their most difficult times.
