I am raising money for Behind Closed Doors. Some of you will know what I have personally been through over the past three years. I would love to raise £500 pounds as Halifax will match my fund raising up to £500!! So £1000 for this fantastic charity.

This charity supported me and still is. Without the charity's help I don't know what position me and my family would be in so I am wanting to give back to say Thank You, and to make sure the charity can keep helping people.

The charity receives no government funding and survives on charitable donations. The charity supports women and men from domestic abuse relationships from practical advice, helping with court appearances and providing emotional support and counselling. They are available 24 hours a day and the service is free of charge. Any donation would be greatly appreciated.
