I will be taking part in a 26.5 mile circular walk from Bakewell, incorporating the Derwent Valley Heritage Trail, Birchover, Bradford Dale, the Limestone Way and the Monsal Trail, on 16 July to raise funds for Radford Care Group. 

Radford Care Group supports older people in Nottingham and has been resident in its current pre-fab building since 1979.  The services Radford Care Group offer are lifelines to many and the need for them as we live in an ever increasing population of older people has increased greatly over the years.  This does however mean that Radford Care Group has outgrown its current centre and desperately needs a new building to continue providing the invaluable support it does.

All donations, no matter how big or small are very much appreciated as i'm sure they will be by everyone that has ever been introduced to Radford Care Group (and that's a lot!)
