Hi, I'm Sarah. 
I'm 5' 3" and weigh 17 stone (238lbs). 
I've changed my eating habits many times over the years with varying degrees of success but each time I fall off the wagon. I've now been diagnosed with Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease through overeating. Unchecked this condition can develop and leave me with potentially fatal Cirrhosis. However, the liver is an expert at regenerating itself with help of a good diet.
I feel that weight loss combined with help donating to a charity that I'm passionate about ie: the welfare of all the cute furry things that are in dire need of help, will spur me on and give me added incentive to smash this weight loss attempt. 
I intend to lose 5 stone (70lbs) in the space of a year.
