Well I did it! I swam my mile in Windermere lake!!

Had a fantastic time, a little stressful starting off when everyone is fighting for a clear line to swim, you get punched, kicked even had a man swim over the top of me!! The course time was given for 40mins, I came in at 38.6, not bad for an old bird.

I want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to all who have sponsored me, I'm really chuffed that I can help just a little towards the great work our local Hospices do.
