We are a Non-Maintained Special School, which means that we have to raise our own funds to pay for many of our expenses, of which the purchasing of library books/e readers and refurbishing of the library are examples. We have a long and proud history spanning over 120 years. This is an amazing achievement for any organisation, but particularly impressive as we have been a registered charity for all those years.

To help us achieve this goal a number of staff, parents, carers and governors have got together inorder to raise money to enhance / maintain our school library. The children have also got involved, having recently arranged a “Sponsor Readathon” to help pay for their new library facilities.

Your kind donation will not only help our current children at the school, but also ensure that future generations of children who attend the school will have an up todate and well stocked library to help improve their English skills, both reading and writing.
