Dry January is your chance to ditch the hangover, reduce the waistline, and save some serious £££ by giving up alcohol for 31 days.

Story

Giving up booze for 31 days will be a marathon for me... I currently drink about 2 pints pretty much every day.

Add to that: a 10k run every day in January, and that is what I'm asking sponsorship for. 

So for me.. Basically a marathon every day.

I'm asking for 5p or 2p per K. So for 310K that's £18.00 or £7.20 - ALL the money goes the the Dry January charity.

Go on... Make that donation - and make me do it!
