Myself and a few other guys are running the Scottish Total Warrior 12k obstacle course in September. 

I've decided to raise funds for Seamab School where my wife Lynn works as a care worker.

Seamab provide care and education for vulnerable children aged between 5-13 and any donations will go towards providing play equipment for these children.
