We support children and young people to grow into confident and competent adults

Story

Brian Milne, an engineer from our Aberdeen base, has bravely stepped forward to participate in a sponsored body waxing in order to raise money for charity. Seatronics UK are supporting the Aberdeen based charity, Befriend a Child.

Befriend a Child is Aberdeen's only 1:1 befriending service for vulnerable children. They match an adult role model to befriend a vulnerable young person in Aberdeen City and the surrounding area. These few hours of befriending each month increases the children’s self esteem and confidence, introduce new interests and offer some much needed fun away from their difficult backgrounds.

We feel this is a great cause to support and we aim to raise as much as we can for the local charity.

The waxing is to take place on Friday 26th of September at 12:30pm. Shanna Taylor from Mobile Glamour has kindly offered her free time and service to help us with the waxing. To find out more about the services she offers please visit her website http://mobile-glamour.co.uk/ or call 07825 529 692.

If you feel this is a worthy cause you would like to help, or maybe you just feel sorry for Brian, please consider placing a kind donation. All donations no matter how big or small are welcome and we would really appreciate your support.

To find out how the waxing went keep an eye on our facebook page for pictures... Ouch!
