About Selby Abbey Organ Appeal
The Organ of Selby Abbey built by Hill & Son in 1909 is one of the finest romantic instruments in Britain.It was the 1960's recordings by the Italian Virtuoso Fernando Germani, the Pope's organist, that made it world-famous.Now the organ needs £650,000 to restore it for future generations to enjoy.
