Although Christmas is over, you can still give towards this appeal.  The funds will go towards covering the Charity's costs and any additional amount will be allocated to future Christmas collections.  Age UK Westminster organised the delivery of a Christmas meal and some chocolates to over 300 elderly and isolated residents of Westminster.  They have already received thanks from their clients who appreciated not only the food but the company and good will of those who delivered the food.  It is a small charity which relies largely upon donations from trusts and unfortunately this year it did not secure a grant to provide a cold Christmas plate with M&S chocolates to elderly residents on Christmas Day. The elderly are the most overlooked in charitable giving, so if you can, please give to this worthy cause and spread some goodwill this Christmas and perhaps next Christmas too!

The City of Westminster has some of the most deprived wards in the whole London area and there are many older people who are not well enough to leave their homes so a donation to this cause will help Age UK Westminster to deliver some food and seasonal cheer on Christmas Day.

The recipients of the meals are identified by social services, other charities or through Age UK's own network. Please give to this worthy cause and spread some goodwill this Christmas.
