As many of your know, I am passionate about enabling people to achieve their dreams through finding the right career for them no matter what the obstacle.  The Poppy Factory are a charity that support this aim, but also do something that would make my granddad proud - he was a stretcher bearer in WWII and will always be a hero to me.
