Trekking Snowdon, Cader Idris & Pen-y-Fan in the same day (June 26, 2016) will be a tough challenge for me  but that's nothing compared to the mental & physical battles those supported by Hospice of The Valleys go through. Please help me raise money for this worthwhile cancer charity ❤ xx
