Story

Silwood Park Karate in Bracknell has raised money for many local charities, but the work of the Alexander Devine Children's Hopsice service struck a chord. Whilst Gillian and I run the club and have organised the event, we want our members to see the value in helping others.

Our event may seem simple, but its going to be tough, tough, tough! Imagine doing a 400m sprint, then doing it again, and again and again. Well, a Karate grading is like a sprint and we will be doing them back to back for 3 hours. Led by a 7th Dan Chief instructor, there will be no opportunity for rest, just giving it your all for 3 hours.
