The last time I ran was in 1980 when I was puffing away on twenty Marlboro a day. I managed 5 miles and vowed never again. Now I am a little older, perhaps wiser, haven't smoked for twenty years and I going to break that vow. 

I have started training and hope you will encourage me by donating whatever you can to this amazing charity that rescues Spanish hunting dogs from the most appalling conditions, ones that have suffered dreadful treatment and abuse. We have adopted one from Spain and hope to improve the lot of many more with the money raised.
