It's roughly a year since losing dad and to mark his passing I am raising money for two worthwhile charities. 

Dad would have been 75 on the 16th July.

Dad had IPF and like many who are dealing with issues and crisis in their lives. It's charities like BLF and the Citizens Advice Bureau that offer advice and support on a whole host of issues such as benefits or employment matters.

Please give equally to these two great charities.
