You know that I do enjoy a drink, but I'm setting that aside for January to support the amazing LGBT Foundation. I won't be able to do this without your support, so please spare a quid or two. It's going to a great cause. The LGBT Foundation provides a huge range of support and services including a national helpline, sexual health testing and support, free mental health and wellbeing services, the Village Angels volunteers, support groups, and advice for tackling LGBT hate crime and discrimination. It's a really challenging time for all charities, and your support is vital in helping to keep this great charity going. I am really proud to be its co-deputy chair, as well as donning a pink high-viz every so often and going out on the streets as a Village Angel. The LGBT Foundation matters - it makes a difference to people's lives every single day. By helping me get through January without any booze you can help ensure its vital work continues.
