I want to help others and I'm a keen, passionate supporter of military charities. STOLL supports veterans to help them live independently and improve their quality of life. You may have not heard of this charity, hence my reasoning to choose them so I can raise awareness.

I've only been running longer distances since July and thought it was time to challenge myself and help others. Our lads and lasses in our armed forces are willing to give up everything for us. None of them should ever find themselves on the streets. We need to look after them and that's what STOLL is all about. To find out more please visit
