Hydrotherapy helps people with conditions like cerebral palsy move independently and enjoy relief from painful joints. Warm water  increases circulation and reduces muscle spasm. By pushing your arms and legs against the water, you can also improve your muscle strength. 

Every pound helps us fill our pool with water.
