Story
Thanks for taking the time for visiting my page...Chris will definitely be shocked at this one but I have managed to find the strength in a lot of things since the day my world changed 4th June 2015...
As most of you all may know, my Chris shockingly passed away due to cardiac arrest. Chris was fit and healthy with a great lifestyle and a contagious positivity on life!!
Chris was an amazing althlete and one of his favourite things was climbing Snowdon with the boys....so for my boy, me and the girls are going to try our best to get to the top even if we secretly have the gin in our back packs to help along the way! Haha!!
I would be forever greatful if we could raise some pennies for the VSF to raise awareness more and more...please, if you can, get screened too. Hopefully the donation we give at the end will be able to fund a screening event with VSF In Tanseys honour.

About Vital Signs Foundation
The Vital Signs Foundation (VSF) was formed following the tragic and sudden death of Chris Haw aged just 25.
Chris was a much loved son, brother, grandson and friend to many people throughout his local community and across the NW. He died, aged 25 from Sudden Cardiac Arrest. He was a fit and healthy young man who presented no previous heart conditions whatsoever.
12 apparently fit and healthy young people aged 35 and under, collapse and die EVERY WEEK in the UK from undiagnosed heart conditions.
The VSF Charity was founded to create 3 important objectives:
To raise awareness of Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
To deliver FREE heart screenings to young people aged 15 to 35 for undiagnosed heart conditions in partnership with the Liverpool Heart & Chest Hospital (LHCH)
To promote health and wellbeing through healthy lifestyle choices
Our goal is to deliver a successful Free heart screening program across the North West of England to reduce the number of sudden young deaths in the UK from undiagnosed heart conditions.
